Tirzepatide
About Tirzepatide
Tirzepatide is a once a weekly GIP (glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypetide) receptor agonist, representing a new class of medicine studied for the treatment of obesity. Tirzepatide is a single peptide that riggers the body's receptors for GIP & GLP1, two natural incretin hormones. Cyanocobalamin will help increase energy. GIP has decreased food intake and increase energy expenditure, resulting in weight reduction. Combined with GLP-1 receptor antagonist, it has more significant effect on glucose and bodyweight effects. This is perfect if you are planning to be in a long term treatment or you have more weight that needs to lose minimum commitment of 3 months.

Semaglutide
About Semaglutide
Semaglutide is an FDA approved once weekly injectable medication for weight loss. Unfortunately, because it was just approved by the FDA in the summer of 2021, it is still very expensive and most insurance companies will not cover it. However, Semaglutide, the active ingredient in Wegovy, can be compounded by a specialized pharmacy and shipped to your door. Semaglutide works by increasing Leptin, a satiety hormone, that helps us feel and stay full. It acts on the central nervous system by binding to opiate receptors in the brain to suppress appetite, cravings and even food drive. It regulates insulin and blood sugar imbalance, which is a common cause of difficulty losing weight and, as an added bonus, it down regulates TNF Alpha, which reduces systemic inflammation.
