SEMAGLUTIDE
Semaglutide is an FDA approved once weekly injectable medication for weight loss. COLLECT YOUR LABS
After your consultation you will receive a lab order if your provider requested this. You can use your insurance, our preferred laboratory is Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp and for self pay is Access Lab. If you have recent labs from another provider you would like to use, please send it to a secured messenger via charm portal or fax it to 702-763-9698 prior to your scheduled appointment.
